Frequently Asked Questions
Why is my signature image not showing in Gmail?
Gmail requires images to be hosted on a publicly accessible URL. If your image URL is private, expires, or is blocked, it won't display. Use a reliable image hosting service.
Can I have different signatures for different email addresses?
Yes. Gmail lets you create multiple signatures and assign different ones to each "Send as" address.
