Overview

SignCraft is a free email signature generator. We respect your privacy and collect minimal data.

What We Collect

• Nothing by default. All signature data (name, email, photo, etc.) stays in your browser. We never see it or store it.
• Analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics (no cookies, no personal data) to understand page views and popular templates.

No Account Required

SignCraft does not require an account. We don't collect emails, passwords, or any personal information to use the tool.

Photos

When you upload a photo, it is processed entirely in your browser using the FileReader API. The image is never sent to our servers. If you provide a URL for your photo, it is embedded directly in the signature HTML — we do not host or proxy it.

Cookies

SignCraft uses one cookie: theme — to remember your light/dark mode preference. No tracking cookies are used.

Third-Party Services

We may use Cloudflare for hosting and analytics. Cloudflare may collect anonymized traffic data per their privacy policy.

Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
