By Using SignCraft

By using the SignCraft website and tools, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What You Can Do

• Create email signatures for personal or business use — free of charge
• Use any template, color, and layout we offer
• Copy and use the generated signatures in any email client

What You Shouldn't Do

• Use SignCraft to create misleading or fraudulent signatures
• Impersonate someone you are not
• Attempt to disrupt or overload the service
• Redistribute or resell the SignCraft tool itself

Your Content

You own the signatures you create. SignCraft does not store, claim ownership of, or share your signature data. All processing happens in your browser.

No Warranty

SignCraft is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee that signatures will render perfectly in every email client, though we do our best using table-based HTML for maximum compatibility.

Limitation of Liability

SignCraft is a free tool. We are not liable for any damages arising from its use, including but not limited to email rendering issues, lost data, or business interruptions.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
